About Me

Hi, I'm Garrett, the artist behind Art By Gare.
I've always seen the world a little differently. While some people notice the ordinary, I'm drawn to color, texture, movement, and the little details that make something truly unique. Creativity has been a constant part of who I am for as long as I can remember, and art has become my way of bringing a little more color and joy into the world.

I'm a self-taught artist who creates a wide variety of pieces, from custom pet portraits and resin creations to fluid art, ceramic coasters, and one-of-a-kind custom projects. What I love most about creating isn't just the finished product. It's collaborating with people to bring their ideas, memories, and personalities to life in a way that is completely unique to them.

My artistic style is heavily inspired by the things I love: vibrant colors, neon accents, glitter, glow effects, and anything that sparks a sense of imagination and fun. Whether it's a painting, a resin keepsake, or a custom commission, I believe art should feel personal and tell a story.

Life hasn't always followed the path I expected, but through every challenge, creativity has remained a source of strength and expression. Those experiences have shaped how I approach my work today with patience, empathy, and a genuine appreciation for the stories and connections behind each piece I create.

When I'm not making art, you'll usually find me spending time with my six rescue pets: three dogs and three cats who have been my constant companions through many of life's ups and downs. In many ways, they are one of the biggest inspirations behind this business.

Life has taught me that the things we cherish most are often the people and memories we can't replace. My goal is to create artwork that helps you celebrate those connections, whether that's a beloved pet, a special moment, or simply something that brings a smile to your face every time you see it. Art By Gare was created not only as a way to share my creativity with others, but also as a way to build something meaningful while helping provide for the animals who have given me unconditional love over the years. Every order, commission, and custom project helps support that mission.

Thank you for visiting my corner of the internet. Whether you're looking for a custom piece, searching for inspiration, or simply stopping by to browse, I'm grateful you're here and I look forward to creating something special with you.
